Industrial Revolution 4.0 focuses all elements of industry to enter the digital era governance with a variety systems, which have been created provide easy management support, consistency production, maintain product quality and so on. In agriculture plantations, collaborative utilization detection systems from sensors such as temperature, humidity light intensity, well fuzzy logic algorithm approaches, is expected produce adaptive operational auxiliary systems. Study for conditioning oyster mushroom cultivation room, research environmental data in form temperatures ranging 15-33 Celsius will be used hot cold classification, 47-99 %RH classification high low conditions intensity range values 80-800 lumens dark bright conditions. The process approaches combination rules forming inference defuzzification machines that are close real value. Tsukamoto's method, was tested this system research, able strengthen assist modern cultivation.
